- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
