Are you an enthusiastic undergraduate student looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications? Our Marketing and Communications Co-op/Internship for Summer 2025 offers a dynamic opportunity to manage marketing campaigns, support event logistics, and participate in email marketing. This program provides real-world experience in tracking digital marketing KPIs, creating marketing collateral, and conducting market research. As a co-op/intern, you'll coordinate project delivery across departments, support rebranding efforts, and assist in implementing the Martech stack. This role will enhance your skills and provide a solid foundation for a career in marketing and communications.

Position Responsibilities:
Manage multifaceted marketing campaigns and ensure compliance and quality control.
Support external event management, including logistics planning and communications.
Participate in email marketing from creative development to performance metrics analysis.
Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing KPIs and develop monthly and quarterly marketing reports.
Create and implement marketing collateral and campaigns across various channels, ensuring website content is current.
Coordinate project delivery across departments (Editorial, Design, Analytics, Operations, Digital Marketing, Compliance).
Conduct marketing research and assist in implementing the Martech stack for an optimal advisor experience.
Support rebranding efforts, manage compliance approvals, and provide ad-hoc marketing and communication support.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Adobe Acrobat PRO is an asset.
Strong customer-service focus with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under time constraints and adapt quickly to changes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for marketing.
Understanding of marketing concepts and best practices, proficiency in social media platforms, and familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
