The Opportunity
We are seeking a thorough and meticulous Communication and Campaign Strategists to join our team. In this role, you will develop comprehensive sales campaigns across various distribution initiatives, ensuring that all partners and team members are informed and engaged.
In addition, you will coordinate and centralize corporate distribution updates, and work across the sales team to manage pre/post meeting templates and meeting invites.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with Regional and National Account sales leaders, the Product Competitive Intelligence team, and the Market Solutions Group to develop automated campaigns that personalize messages and support growth initiatives.
Knowledge of current assets and working closely with the US Insurance marketing team are essential for this position to produce captivating content and implement scalable campaigns.
Success in this role depends on effectively coordinating communication, streamlining processes, and working with cross-functional teams.

Salary range is expected to be between
$50,475.00 USD - $84,125.00 USDIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
