Description:

In partnership with process owners, and other key stakeholders the Global Process Improvement Advisor will enable the entire HR organization to work together more efficiently and effectively; eliminating duplication and making it easier for People Leaders and Employees to work with HR to deliver an exceptional user experience. The role is part of the Global HR Shared Services Business Process Management team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess existing business processes and gathers user feedback to identify areas for improvement (by e.g. evaluating Business Process data).
  • Takes responsibility in developing and implementing process improvement plans as well as monitor and evaluate the success of implemented strategies.
  • In collaboration with stakeholders (e.g. HR Operations Excellence, CoE Experts), the Process Improvement Advisor translates new business requirements into e2e processes in alignment with the HR Target Operating Model.
  • Ensures seamless experience between all HR technology tools, like portal, ticketing, Workday, etc.
  • Responsible to maintain a strong HR business process framework and process documentation
  • Interacts with internal stakeholders, including global, regional and national management as well as external stakeholders which may include clients and customers.
  • Educates HR on Business Process Management

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Operations, Operational Excellence or equivalent
  • 2-3+ years’ total work experience, demonstrated hands-on experience developing improvements
  • Translate solutions into executable implementation plans using project management frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to design e2e processes across different HR functions
  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management and ability to lead others through change
  • Demonstrated behaviors of a learning mindset
  • Experience in Business Process Consulting desired
  • System knowledge Workday, PeopleDoc, Ticketing System, Portal solutions, etc. desired
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking, or Agile Methods desired
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
