Manager, EMEA Delivery Operations Services Supply Chain

Description -

Job Summary
This role is responsible to lead E2E Delivery Performance for Services Supply Chain EMEA region across Print/PS/ACS/Poly and Wty/LCS/MS/RPB leading a talented organization to orchestrated across SCOR Functions and Key partners and stakeholders, including Customer Support Category, Field & Channel and Contact Center. He/she will also be responsible to drive/contribute to strategic transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities
•  Customer (Business Segment and Accounts) Delivery Performance metrics across EMEA region (OTIF, LOS, Backlog).

•  Weekly Integrated Operations Reviews across SSC SCOR functions,

•  Drive proper deviations analysis, root cause, mitigations, and preventive actions when issues occur.

•  Business and Customers Escalations Management.

• Business Continuity Plans.

•  Drive E2E efficiency programs.

•  Drive / contributes to major transformation programs.

•  Represents SSC towards CS stakeholders and Markets.

•  Delivery and participates in Executive performance reviews (MoR, MBRs, QBRs)

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
