What success looks like in this role:

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective, learner-centric solutions.

Facilitate sessions (virtual and in-person) for associated and new hires (as need be) on a variety of topics including tools, processes, soft skills, or product knowledge

Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and instructional design best practices.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

Support the creation of microlearning, onboarding programs, and performance support tools

Design & develop engaging learning materials – including eLearning modules, infographics, presentations, videos, and job aids – using tools like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Camatasia , Articulate and other relevant software.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning delivery , learning design, instructional design, or a related role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus).
• Strong grasp of learning theory (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning principles).
• Excellent visual design and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
