Job Duties:

  • Mount, align, position, and assemble a variety of parts/components, such as frames, compressors, fans assemblies, control boxes, coils, panels, motors, nuts, bolts, rivets, adhesives, etc., to completely assemble comfort units

  • Work from blue prints and verbal instructions from Supervisor

  • Perform a variety of packaging operations necessary to pack comfort units/parts for shipment. Enclose with required tags, instructions, warranties, etc., and seal with packaging tools.


Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work in a production environment with consistent work on your feet

  • Must provide your own steel toed shoes (other PPE provided by JCI)

  • Perform physical work including standing, bending, or lifting up to 50 pounds

  • While some experience in production or manufacturing is preferred, this role is 100% entry-level with on-the-job training

1st Shifts Schedules: Overtime as needed and available

  • M-F 5am-1:30pm or 6am-2pm
  • M-Th 5am-3:30pm
