Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills : Microsoft PowerShell
Good to have skills : Endpoint Protection

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities: • Monitor application, integrations and proactively implement corrective actions to improve overall performance and usability of the application. • Maintain relationship with the Nexthink vendor/client account lead, program team, other Accenture operations and infrastructure teams (e.g. Cloud Teams, Platform Owners, EDM, Network, etc.) who may help aid in the investigation or restoration of the application or service • Provide incident and problem management support (e.g. outage management, investigation, restoration and emergency bug fix deployment) • Continue building his/her technical knowledge and skills around Nexthink • Handle change and service requests Required Skills/Qualifications (listed in order of priority): • Problem-solving aptitude; strong logical reasoning and analytical skills and business intelligence • Learner’s mindset as technology keeps on evolving and the tools may have to be upgraded • Operational focus and ability to quickly respond to changing priorities • Collaborate with others on team to fulfill own and team’s responsibilities. • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and coordinate efforts to implement the proposed changes/solutions. • Strong written and oral communications skills (demonstrate effective listening and facilitation skills. • Transition shift responsibilities where applicable and needed. • Process-oriented; follow and adhere to existing processes/standards. Technologies: o Hands–on experience on Powershell and Bash scripting o Hands-on experience on Service Now Incident and Problem Management process o Trained or experienced in Azure DevOps, Kanban boards, Agile/Scrum methodology, collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Sharepoint and Office o Nice to have: Basic knowledge about Cloud principles and platform knowledge e.g. Azure Education Requirements: • BE/BTech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/any other equivalent IT-related course Travel Requirements: N/A Work Requirements: Full-Time position Typical hours -12 PM-9 PM IST (may vary based on demand)
