Position Summary

The Business Execution program manager is responsible for driving the planning, execution, risk management, and delivery of high priority PA System initiatives. This role ensures the program advances cohesively and transparently across all business and technology tracks, with strong execution discipline.

The Business Execution program manager is accountable for ensuring the program is executed in alignment with the approved charter, roadmap, and governance model, and for maintaining a single, integrated view of the program across business, technology, and operations.

A successful Business Execution program manager for the high priority PA System initiatives creates clarity, predictability, and follow-through, ensuring the program executes as a coordinated whole; risks are managed deliberately, and leadership has confidence in delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in product and/or project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Education

• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional work experience required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $165,954.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
