The Senior Designer is a proven talent who demonstrates both logical and creative thinking. At times, you play a client-facing role on projects and you have responsibility to deliver parts of large work streams.
You are passionate about design, making stuff real and pushing the boundaries of ideas. Someone who understands and is interested in what motivates people in the real world and can apply creativity and thinking to deliver work that makes a difference to their experience.
