Junior Specialist in Accounts Receivable Team

Type of Employment: Temporary position for 1 year

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Incoming bank payment posting to customer accounts.

• Payment clearing on customer accounts.

• Bank clearing related balance sheet account monitoring.

• Serving customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings.

• Assist with internal and external audits.

• Participation in improvement projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Preferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to perform routine tasks daily.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.).

• Fast learner with an analytical, organized, and structured approach.

• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
