Job Title: OTM Application Support Consultant Experience: 6–10 years ________________________________________ Role Overview As an OTM Application Support Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) systems by providing functional and technical support. This role involves monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, and collaborating with business and technical teams to maintain system stability and optimize processes. You will also handle enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting activities to meet evolving business needs. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day support for OTM applications, ensuring system uptime and stability. • Monitor system health, identify issues, and implement corrective actions. • Handle incident and problem management, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes. • Manage configuration changes, including workflows, agents, and automation rules. • Support data uploads, rate structures, and master data maintenance. • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues. • Work on enhancement requests, including requirement gathering and impact analysis. • Assist in integration troubleshooting with ERP/WMS systems and external partners. • Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and user guides. • Participate in weekly client calls for ticket reviews and status updates. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Qualifications • 5–10 years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) with strong exposure to application support and maintenance. • Hands-on experience with OTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Rate Management, and Operational Planning. • Proficiency in SQL for troubleshooting and report customization. • Familiarity with BI Publisher and integration mapping. • Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) and SLA-based support processes. • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. • Excellent communication and client interaction skills. ________________________________________ Good to Have • Exposure to OTM Cloud and migration projects. • Experience with automation agents and workflow optimization. • Certifications in Oracle OTM or related SCM modules. ________________________________________ Soft Skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement.
