What You Will Do:
Create and execute supply chain strategies that align with the Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) Aftermarket cost, delivery, and quality objectives
Engage with repair suppliers, PW1100 Network Partners, and Commercial Engines Leadership to drive alignment on key program strategies and business requirements
Ensure PW1100 repair supply base is adequately right sized to support network demand by working with our partners on strategic contacts and negotiations
Engage with supply base to meet both tactical and strategic objectives in support of the programs, including developing or supporting capacity plans for key constrained part families
Lead the development of a sourcing team, promote a positive employee experience by creating executable plans, and delivering on our commitment
What You Will Learn:
Growth by leading a group of professionals, including IAE partner professionals.
Holistic understanding of how repaired material influences the total material needed to support our airline customers in lifting their fleets
Ability to create and implement innovative change and process improvements in a new, growing organization early in the PW1100 aftermarket journey
Developing global strategies in a new market requiring foresight and collaboration
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience to include Operations, Supply Chain and strategic sourcing; OR An Advanced Degree 8 years of experience to include Operations, Supply Chain and strategic sourcing
Supervisory experience as a hiring manager, lead, supervisor or experience that required activities such as performance reviews, hiring, coaching and performance related activities.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Leadership role in a supply chain, materials, or strategic sourcing organization
Experience leading teams with influence to support larger business objectives.
Familiarization of sourcing process, negotiations, and contracts
Data analysis skills to analyze complex situations.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, communicates effectively with multiple levels, both internally and externally

This role is:
Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
