- Data Governance and Quality Assurance Support:

- Analytics Platform and User Enablement Assistance:
- Platform Management and Optimization: Provide essential support for the ongoing management and maintenance of our analytics platforms, such as Tableau. This includes monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing the platform to ensure efficient and reliable operations.
- User Access and Enablement: Help manage user access and permissions to uphold data security and compliance within the analytics environment. This also involves providing crucial user assistance and training, contributing to training materials, and fostering a collaborative user community to maximize platform adoption and proficiency.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and knowledge base resources for the analytics platform. Additionally, contribute to identifying and implementing best practices for development and deployment to enhance platform utility and user experience.
- Web Data Analytics and Insights Support:
- Generate Actionable Web Insights: Help analyze web assets and user digital interactions to produce insightful analytics. This includes assisting with the creation of marketing KPI dashboards and performance reports that offer actionable insights into customer journeys and opportunities to optimize website and application performance.
- Optimize User Experience and Conversion: Aid in discovering patterns in web user actions and behaviors to improve conversion rates, personalize customer experiences, and assist the "enabler team" in identifying new data sources, developing use cases, and publishing analytics content.
- Collaboration and Project Support:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including business units, IT, risk management, data engineers, and data analysts, to understand data needs and challenges.
- Assisting in project management tasks, including coordinating, reviewing, and managing project delivery with key stakeholders.
- Contributing to the identification and design of documentation, and maintaining required structures and resources across data initiatives.
