Responsible for a variety of functions within the distribution center, such as receiving, stocking, loading and unloading merchandise, picking and operating heavy-duty equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Do not report employees who perform one of these duties as their primary function. Typical titles include: Materials Handler, Distribution Center Generalist.

• Responsible for tracking inventory and stock changes, which includes overseeing inventory control, inspecting inventory, and maintaining stock levels. Other duties will include reporting discrepancies to management, looking for inventory discrepancies, creating reports, complete cycle counts and physical inventory. The individual will use a pallet jack and other powered industrial equipment to move products within the facility.

Essential Functions:

• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages
• Provide inventory reports to Purchasing and Operations
• Complete inventory counts regularly
• Reconcile inventory counts to ensure accuracy

Assist with inventory audits and other special projects
