At Walt Disney World we create happiness, and as a Manager, Pricing you will be leading the development and execution of pricing strategy and demand driving initiatives that inspire millions of Guests to experience our Parks and Resorts. You will lead pricing strategy for the Walt Disney World promotional ticket line of business and long-term commercial demand strategy, supported by a team of analysts leveraging analytics to optimize profit and demand. 

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Pricing & Product Development. 

 

Responsibilities

Along with managing these pricing strategies, you will help foster an energizing culture of excellence, encouragement, and ownership. 

Every day as a Manager, Pricing is unique, challenging, and fulfilling! On any one day you might: 

  • Champion the commercial strategy for large-scale technology initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration across business, product, and technical teams. 

  • Lead pricing and demand-driving initiatives across commercial, operations, analytics, communications, legal, technology, and finance teams to optimize value and maximize revenue opportunities. 

  • Mentor and develop Cast Members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages growth, innovation, and teamwork. 

  • Develop pricing models and scenarios to guide high-impact decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

  • Build alignment among diverse internal and external partners, balancing competing priorities to achieve shared objectives. 

  • Translate data-driven insights into actionable pricing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive and partner audiences. 

 

Qualifications

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field or equivalent 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred
