Job Description Summary:

This purpose of this position is to coordinate daily business needs for the OhioHealth Well-Being Center. The coordinator will oversee affiliate authorizations, purchase order tracking, and invoicing, client and program participant data collection and analysis, and office supply ordering.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Field of Study: related field. (Public Health, Health Admin, Business, Finance, Psychology
  • Field of Study: Counseling, Social Work, or other related field).
  • Years of experience: 1-2 yrs. program or project coordination, data analysis, financial tracking, or
  • Years of experience: other related experience.


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).


DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience working with Employee Assistance and/or mental health programs
  • Three to five years of program or project coordination, data analysis, financial tracking or other related experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

70%: Coordinates the daily business needs for the OhioHealth Well-Being Center including processing affiliate authorizations, setting up and tracking purchase orders, issuing employer invoicing and processing affiliate invoicing.

20%: Coordinates client and program participant data collection and analysis, and office supply ordering.

10%: Completes webinars and other learning opportunities to enhance and maintain knowledge of employee assistance programs and well-being programming.
