What impact you'll make?

We are seeking a Lead Material Flow Specialist to drive operational excellence within our HGP segment. You will design, implement, and optimize material flow systems and production leveling processes, bridging the gap between strategic Lean initiatives and floor-level execution to ensure maximum logistics efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Logistics Design: Lead the layout of supermarkets, line-side equipment, and material delivery routes (incorporating AGVs/AMRs).
• Lean Transformation: Drive the HGP Lean roadmap, lead Action Work-Outs (AWO), and establish robust SOPs and Standard Work for kitting and replenishment.
• Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, manage Heijunka (production leveling) updates, and conduct ROI analyses for capacity and infrastructure investments.
• Process Governance: Serve as the technical authority for Kanban and PFEP standards; monitor logistics KPIs to identify efficiency opportunities.
• EHS Leadership: Champion a culture of safety by ensuring compliance, reporting incidents immediately, and prioritizing operational safety.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Significant background in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or complex supply chain environments.
• Deep knowledge of WIP control, Heijunka, and structured improvement methodologies.
• Fluency in Hungarian and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders, and translate analytical data into actionable improvements.
