Job Summary:

The Analyst, of the Digital Category Operations Readiness & Execution function, leverages the Online Operations teams’ existing capabilities to identify customer improvement opportunities for the Online business. The Analyst will discover these opportunities via root cause analysis and will communicate action steps to functional partners. The Analyst actively partners with a group of cross-functional team members across the internal Online teams to develop insights and recommendations that can drive positive business outcomes for the Lowes.com channel and its related App platforms. The Analyst will also proactively track actions taken by partner teams and measure customer performance against defined Online business objectives. The Analyst, Readiness & Execution also works on MAP and is responsible for driving the MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) compliance for Lowes.com. The associate would be involved in MAP audits, Policy updates, enabling Strike through, View Price In cart logic features online to enforce MAP policy guidelines by coordinating with vendors, Brand Advocates, Online Merchants etc. The associate will be collaborating with cross-functional groups, streamlining execution processes, and partnering with Mooresville (US) team and peers in Bangalore to ensure consistency across both offices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with cross-functional groups such as Digital Commerce Support, Site Operations, Brand Advocates, Item Mailbox Teams, EIS & EE, Omni Product Content, Search, Online Partners in SSC-M and SSC-B, and other Online teams to share insights and ensure all teams have required information to support issue resolution and timely decision-making and execution of tasks assigned

  • Execute analytical work of small to medium scope

  • Leverage tools like Medallia, Full Story, etc. to understand customer’s voice towards improving the recommendation scores for Lowes.com

  • Connect the insights to help in driving the actions across relevant cross functional teams on areas like availability, online events, site metrics, etc.

  • Analyzing data around customer sentiments to detect patterns/themes in customer behavior to reduce the noise and contribute to seamless customer experience

  • Ensures that work is completed on time and raises risks and issues that could cause delays to the work. 

  • Requirement Gathering, Reporting and Dashboard Development: Build dashboards and reporting formats that enable faster and better decision-making for the business.

  •  Comprehensive Reporting: Utilize a deep understanding of Medallia, reporting tools and platforms to deliver comprehensive  insights in response to specific problem statements/asks  

  • Track and document timelines, action steps, and project status and provide weekly updates to leadership

  • Leverage dashboards, and build reports to interpret and communicate performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Medallia, Fullstory, Power BI

  • Ensure seamless and timely execution of MAP value updates, with utmost quality standard

  • Perform MAP violation research by leveraging tools in place (PCM, Power BI)

  • Driving a competitive pricing edge for Lowes.com along with seamless online shopping experience for customers without compromising Vendor policy agreements.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes.

  • Actively participate in team discussions, business reviews and recurring huddles/touchpoints.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate and optimize the end-to-end online customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Develop and present communications to partner teams that convey the right message in an effective way to the appropriate audience
