About the Role: Your Opportunity to Drive Growth

As a key member of our Pricing team, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing customer plans that fuel profitable growth for Mondelēz and our valued partners. You'll be more than just a number cruncher; you'll be a strategic thinker, a market expert, and a collaborative partner, working cross-functionally to bring our winning strategies to life.

What You'll Do:

• Craft Pricing Strategies: Develop innovative pricing strategies for your categories, using cutting-edge Revenue Growth Management (RGM) techniques to maximize impact.
• Become a Market Maven: Dive deep into market dynamics and consumer insights to inform strategic trade marketing decisions that resonate with our customers.
• Unlock Category Growth: Analyse competitor activities and identify untapped opportunities to propel category growth and maintain our competitive edge.
• Lead with Influence: Facilitate alignment meetings with our Sales team, ensuring everyone is on board with our pricing plans and ready to execute.
• Shape Financial Outcomes: Partner with category revenue teams to contribute to the financial success of your portfolio and the overall business.

Is This You?

• You're a strategic thinker with a passion for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• You have a solid background in finance, category management, or sales, and you're looking to expand your commercial expertise.
• You're comfortable with data analysis and you have a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
