Job Description

Sprinklr is looking for an Area Vice President of Presales to lead Solutions Consulting in APAC with a focus on Japan, Korea and ANZ and the global expansion of our most strategic customers like Samsung. You will be responsible for leading all cross-functional SC teams within the theater, guiding sales plays, coaching on deal strategy and serving as solutions sponsor within key accounts as well as recruiting and developing the APJ SC leadership team. 

Overall Description 

As the AVP of Solutions Consulting you will be the primary contact for the Presales team across all functions directly aligned with your theater's successYou will be responsible for setting the vision for the region and directing the overall operating model to achieve scale. You will regularly meet customers in the field, the development champions at the most senior levels in our customer base. You will guide your team in monthly, quarterly and yearly goal setting exercises, helping them to develop in their current role and gain skills and experience for their long-term career goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring your team is trained on industry specific solutions and product enhancement as the platform continually evolves.  

You will assume responsibility for resource allocation in your region as well, working alongside the DVPs and Directors of Sales in your region to optimize Solutions Consulting resources to ensure Sprinklr meets its revenue goals in the theater.  

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Lead, Coach and Grow the Solutions Consulting Leadership team across APJ 

  • Recruit and retain top Solutions Consultants and SC Leadership 

  • Define, Refine and Operationalize core Solutions processes and overall GTM 

  • Function as primary contact for the DVPs and DoSs of Sales 

  • Drive development of program to grow Strategic Accounts 

  • Define and facilitate SC Territory planning and allocation across Theater 

  • Train and support the SC team in delivering our value propositions, product demonstrations and RFPs 

  • Proactively engage in strategic development of the SC organization by initiating and leading projects to further team development, organizational structure, product offering, technical training, etc.  

Desired Skills and Experience:  

  • 8-10+ years of presales leadership experience 

  • 5+ years of second line leadership experience  

  • 15+ years experience in customer facing role in enterprise software company 

  • Proven track record of leadership capabilities across teams and projects 

  • Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members 

  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
