As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be a pivotal member of our Talent Acquisitions team, responsible for leading the white color recruitment process and ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our DACH organization (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute efficient and effective hiring processes. This role requires hands-on recruitment expertise, and strong interpersonal skills.
How you will contribute
Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract top-tier candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings of applicants to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluate candidate responses, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
Collaboration and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and department heads, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, candidate selection, and interview techniques. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
Employer Branding: In addition to traditional recruiting tasks, you will be responsible for driving our social media presence to enhance brand awareness and attract talent.

Contract Management: Creating labor contracts for your hires.
