Job Description

The Multi Service Business Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing GE Healthcare's service operations in China by analyzing complex business data, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting strategic decision-making to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities**
* Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to service operations, including but not limited to service delivery performance, customer feedback, inventory management, and financial metrics.
* Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within service data to pinpoint root causes of operational inefficiencies and potential service improvements.
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor service performance and present actionable insights to management.
* Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Service Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
* Support the development and implementation of new service programs, processes, and tools by providing data-driven recommendations and impact assessments.
* Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
* Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the formulation of long-term service strategies based on market trends and business analytics.
* Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to support urgent business requests and problem-solving initiatives.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various reporting systems and platforms.

Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree preferred.
* 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably within the healthcare, medical device, or service industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel (advanced), SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R).
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and CRM platforms is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with service operations, supply chain, or financial analysis concepts is highly desirable.
