We're looking for a curious, data-driven Business Analyst to join our manufacturing operations team. In this role, you'll partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, uncover improvement opportunities, and deliver insights that drive smarter decision-making across our production environment.
You'll also play an important role in post- ERP project change management — helping ensure that new systems, processes, and tools are successfully adopted and sustained across the organization.
What You'll Do
Analysis & Reporting:
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand manufacturing challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze operational and supply chain metrics to uncover trends, gaps, and actionable insights.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to support plant and leadership decision-making
Translate business requirements into clear reporting and data solutions that align with operational goals
Support the development and standardization of reporting.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing data-backed recommendations.
Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support evolving manufacturing and supply chain priorities
Requirements & Solutions:
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from production leads, and supply chain stakeholders
Support the creation of process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications for manufacturing processes
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for ERP, and other manufacturing systems.
Change Management – Adoption & Sustainment:
Support post-project change management activities to drive user adoption of new manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) and standard operating procedures
Develop training materials, work instructions, and quick-reference guides tailored to shop floor and office personnel
Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback from operators, supervisors, and planners to identify resistance or knowledge gaps
Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess impact on production operations
Support sustainment plans to ensure long-term stability during production transitions and system upgrades
What You Bring
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across functions
High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
Comfort working in both office and plant/shop floor settings
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
