About the Role
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will drive the successful delivery of programs and projects that enable key business outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while effectively managing stakeholders, risks, and timelines. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making and lead high-performing teams in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs or projects aligned with business objectives
• Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring clarity across stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, address issues, and maintain alignment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive informed decision-making and ensure successful outcomes
• Provide guidance and leadership to project teams, fostering accountability and high performance
• Resolve complex problems across teams and ensure smooth delivery of project objectives
• Promote a collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a complex, matrixed environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Ability to manage priorities, risks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading teams and influencing outcomes across different organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications
• Experience managing large-scale transformation or technology-driven initiatives
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting frameworks
• Background in consulting or professional services environments
