Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.
Develop world-class business solutions and strategies for client in aerospace & defense, transport & logistics, travel or real estate.
To lead the delivery of key workstreams related to strategy development, operating model design, digital strategy development, and business cases.
Apply deep financial acumen and propose innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables that align with strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
Create detailed implementation plans and strategies to execute these solutions effectively.
Facilitate the change management process by identifying potential resistance to strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.
Identify opportunities for strategic process improvement and operational efficiency.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance.
Engage with the broader strategy community to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the Accenture Strategy practice in areas such as recruitment, training and thought leadership.
Ensure the successful adoption of new strategic processes and methodologies through effective training initiatives.
Manage project scope, timeline and budget
Guide the team of Consultants and Analysts towards timely and efficient project delivery
Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow
Manage and support business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, and client presentations
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 8-10 years of experience and with relevant exposure in Strategy Consulting (ideally Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms)
Minimum of 8 Years of industry experience in ideally 2 of the following sectors aerospace & defense, transport & logistics, travel or real estate.
A good understanding of key players in the Middle East within the ecosystems of aerospace & defense, transport & logistics, travel or real estate.
Deep understanding of industry dynamics and value creation opportunities within ideally 2 of sectors aerospace & defense, transport & logistics, travel or real estate.
A high degree of comfort with strategic decision-making and strong quantitative skills to develop financial or operational models and supervise data analysis.
Strong analytical skills, quick absorption of the information, excellence in conceptual and creative problem solving, ability to evaluate market trends and investment opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Digitally savviness; curiosity and passion about technology, understanding of its impact on business and society.
Leadership skills to easily establish trust-based relationships, gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
Driven personality able to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determination and optimism.
Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
English speaker.
MBA, Master or graduate-level degree in either business, management, engineering, economics, mathematics.
Preferable Qualifications:
Additional education / contentious development courses on topics related to aerospace & defense, transport & logistics, travel or real estate.
Experience in strategy formulation, operating model design, digital transformation, business case evaluations, impact assessment, project management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
