Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the functional strategy for IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with IQVIA’s long-term business goals.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse organization of managers and senior-level professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reliability across all platforms.
• Executive Collaboration: Influence and negotiate with senior leadership to secure buy-in for strategic initiatives and technology investments.
• Talent Development: Champion talent development by providing coaching, career guidance, and succession planning to build a future-ready IT organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years in systems analysis and software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing cross-functional teams.
• Skills:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT solutions at scale.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $142,800.00 - $265,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
