The opportunity

Join us as a Service Campaign Manager, where you will shape global service offerings end-to-end and drive strategic commercial initiatives across regions. In this high impact role, you will lead cross functional programs, define go-to-market strategies, and translate product vision into scalable business solutions. You will influence stakeholders at multiple levels and ensure successful market adoption globally.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead the full lifecycle of global campaigns, from opportunity framing and business case creation to pilot execution, full commercial rollout, and scaling across regions

  • Define and own the solution blueprint: scope of supply, value proposition, pricing model, technical concept, commercial terms, and compelling go-to-market materials

  • Drive cross-functional governance with Sales, Product Management, Service Operations, Engineering, Marketing, and regional organizations to ensure excellency in execution and business results

  • Manage complex, multistakeholder initiatives: track milestones, risks, dependencies, and financial performance, ensuring on-scope, on-time, on-cost delivery

  • Coach and empower Sales teams on the positioning, differentiation, and closing strategy of new offerings; act as a direct commercial interface for strategic opportunities

  • Represent Hitachi Energy externally, conducting customer workshops, validation sessions, and pilot design activities to ensure solutions fully address market needs

  • Institutionalize best practices and continuously refine the campaign operating model, improving tools, processes, and knowledge-sharing across global units

Your background

  • University degree in engineering, economics, business, or related field; additional certifications in project management or strategic marketing are a plus

  • Experience in business development, service portfolio management, commercial strategy, or customer project leadership within industrial or energy sectors

  • Demonstrated ability to lead autonomous, complex programs, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence decisions across matrix organizations

  • Strong capability to transform data, technical insight, and market intelligence into revenue generating commercial packages

  • Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging both executives and customers. Capable of providing forward guidance to the sales managers

  • Ability to coach teams, challenge assumptions, and drive decision-making in ambiguous environments

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, French) are an advantage

  • Willingness to travel internationally
