Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly driven Program Manager to lead the deployment and scaling of Smart Torque Tool implementations across manufacturing plants in North America.
  • This role will oversee cross-functional execution, plant assessments, deployment planning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation activities focused on transitioning manufacturing operations from conventional torque tooling to connected smart torque systems.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable with extensive travel, thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments, and can manage multiple plant implementations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Smart Torque Tool implementation programs across multiple manufacturing facilities.
  • Coordinate plant assessments, implementation planning, procurement, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration between manufacturing, quality, engineering, IT, operations, and vendors.
  • Develop deployment schedules, risk mitigation plans, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Conduct onsite plant walkthroughs to evaluate current torque processes and identify implementation requirements.
  • Drive project execution timelines and ensure successful deployments across assigned plants.
  • Provide regular status reporting and executive updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing quality and traceability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience leading plant-level implementation or industrial automation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North America.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or connected tooling systems.
  • PMP or Agile certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with automotive or industrial assembly operations.
