H&E Equipment Services has an immediate opening for a Service Dispatcher. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dispatching and administrative office experience (heavy equipment or construction industry experience is preferred), experience within a dealership, competency in day to day computer processes, ability to provide top notch customer service and work well in a team environment. Candidates require a high school diploma, but higher education including vocational training is a plus.

Job Requirements:

• Good oral & written communication skills

• Organizational skills

• Demonstrate proficiency in MS office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Capable of multi-tasking assignments

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience within the construction equipment industry
