Business Analysis

• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills; ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar project coordination/support role.

• Experience working in an application support model, including ticket handling, issue resolution, user coordination, and SLA tracking.

Information Capture

• Strong documentation skills with the ability to accurately capture, organize, and maintain business requirements, meeting outcomes, and action items.

Analytical Thinking

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams and competing priorities effectively.

Relationship Management

• Proven experience facilitating meetings, managing action items, and driving follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and cross-team collaboration.

IT Standards, Procedures & Policies

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project tracking tools).
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow standard operating procedures accurately.

Top Candidates may have

• Working knowledge with ServiceNow platform (SPM module preferred) or similar enterprise project management systems.
• Working knowledge with project portfolio management processes including governance reviews, project intake, and resource planning.
• Basic system administration experience or willingness to learn system configuration tasks.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience working with AI models, machine learning tools, or AI-assisted workflow automation.
• Working knowledge in organizational change management or process improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Background in financial services, manufacturing, or enterprise IT environments.

Additional Information:    

• This position will be in Santa Maria Office at Monterrey, Nuevo Leon

• This position is five-days a week subject to changes and willingness to work sporadically on weekends.
