We are looking for a high caliber professional to join Talent Management & Engagement (TME) Practice team as a Engagement Project Manager (AVP/C12) based in Mumbai, India. The incumbent will work with key internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders, co-chairs of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), external thought leaders across Asia, Australia, Middle-East and Africa.

The Engagement Project Manager is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by applying their expertise to craft relevant solutions for the franchise. They will be recognized as the SME for their coverage area which will include one or more of the dimensions of diversity shared above as well as geographic/ business coverage and ownership for key external partnerships. The role requires basic commercial awareness, excellent communication, creative thinking, diplomacy skills and the ability to lead through influence are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues outside of their immediate team.
The Engagement Project Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing Citi’s Inclusion strategy. The incumbent will collaborate with various stakeholders to create business plans, monitor progress, manage budgets, and ensure the program is aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives and governance requirements. The incumbent will work closely with ERG Leaders, Networks Program Manager, and Global TME team members to ensure smooth governance. Additionally, they will need to partner with CHROs / CCOs and their teams for the geographies in their coverage areas.
