Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging with clients to offer advisory services that drive organizational transformation. This role focuses on helping organizations adapt and innovate through business agility and technology advancements. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to foster an environment that supports continuous learning and competitive excellence, ensuring that clients are well-positioned to navigate evolving market dynamics and outperform their competitors.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with agile practices.
- Support the development and implementation of transformation initiatives that enhance organizational agility.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation within client organizations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Business Agility, Business Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Requirements Analysis, Business Agility, Business Architecture.
- Strong capability to analyze and document complex business processes and requirements.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and discussions that promote agile thinking and collaboration.
- Experience in supporting organizational change through agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Skilled in identifying gaps and recommending solutions that align with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
