Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

  • Design and implement scalable HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle etc.) to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Support workforce planning by maintaining accurate org data, headcount reports, and HR metrics dashboards
  • Own and optimize HRIS workflows (e.g. Workday) ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
  • Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are fully integrated, informed, and productive quickly
  • Manage employee documentation with strict attention to compliance
  • Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies and procedures providing timely, empathetic support
  • Support employee relations by tracking cases, preparing documentation, and partnering with HRBPs on resolutions
  • Assist with HR projects such as engagement surveys, policy updates, recognition programs, and change initiatives
  • Represent the company at internal briefings and external employer branding or university events, as needed

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years similar experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in fast-moving environments
  • Ability to quickly learn tools and processes, and understand the nuances of different roles and teams
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, comfort with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Excel for reporting and analysis
