Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with expertise in .NET Core, CI/CD pipelines, and API development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies and modern architectures, contributing to the development of high-volume, resilient, and scalable solutions in a forward-thinking organization. This position is ideal for a hands-on developer passionate about crafting efficient, reliable, and secure software solutions

Required skills

• Good English communication
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building, maintaining high-performance, scalable APIs with a focus on .NET Framework and Windows-based systems.
• Proven expertise in .NET Core, CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Solid knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies for software delivery.
• Advanced understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Skilled in debugging, testing, and performance tuning for high-volume transactional systems.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Familiarity with financial or banking systems.
• Experience with cloud migration and tools such as Azure or APIGEE.
• Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools, such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Functional Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to clarify requirements from U.S.-based stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
• Provide technical designs and implementation plans, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Develop cloud-native services adhering to 12-Factor App principles.
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using JSON over HTTPS for high-volume transactional systems.
• Optimize and tune database performance across relational (e.g., SQL Server) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) platforms.
• Perform unit testing, cross-testing, and debugging to deliver high-quality, production-ready code.
• Employ advanced CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, ensuring efficient and secure software delivery pipelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education or Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field.
