We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the o9 Training Lead.
The Role:
As Commercial Transformation Manager, you will be at the heart of one of AMEA’s most significant transformation programs — the S4/o9 implementation. You will work closely with the AMEA Commercial Lead to enable commercial excellence across markets and Business Units (BUs), ensuring our commercial processes are fit for the future.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that demands both analytical rigour and the ability to influence and inspire teams across geographies.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 6–9 years in commercial functions, with a strong preference for a mix of field sales and branch/HO support roles in Sales and/or Marketing.
Transformation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder transformation environments.
Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint — you’re comfortable building models, trackers, and executive-ready presentations.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you can simplify complexity and bring people along on the journey.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work across functions and geographies in a matrixed organization.
Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and able to priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What Makes You Stand Out
Prior exposure to ERP or planning tool implementations (S4/HANA, o9, or similar) is a strong advantage.
Experience working in AMEA markets — particularly India or South East Asia.
A track record of driving change in commercial organisations.
