As an Experience Designer, you are developing your craft in human-centred design, UX, UI and digital product delivery. You will work with more senior designers and consultants to help clients understand user needs, shape digital experiences and prepare design artefacts that support delivery.

About the Job
As an Experience Designer, we are looking to you to support colleagues and clients in making complex digital ideas clearer and more usable. You will contribute to research, design and delivery activities while developing your consulting skills, design judgement and understanding of technology-enabled transformation.
In this role, you will play a key role in:
Support discovery activities including desk research, interview preparation, note-taking, synthesis and insight documentation.
Create first-pass journey maps, task flows, wireframes, UI screens, prototypes and design documentation under guidance.
Help maintain Figma or similar design/prototyping files, design-system components, variables, annotations and handoff hygiene.
Support usability testing, accessibility checks, design QA and delivery handoff preparation.
Work with Product Designers, Product Design Leads, Design Engineers and client teams to understand design problems and delivery constraints.
Use AI-assisted tools responsibly to support synthesis, exploration, documentation, microcopy, prototype variation and QA under senior guidance.
Develop confidence in client conversations, workshop support, storytelling and presentation of design rationale.

Skills and Experience
To be successful you will be client led, curious and collaborative, with an enthusiasm for learning how human-centred design, business and technology come together inside consulting engagements.
Foundational UX, UI, interaction design, visual design and human-centred design skills.
Developing proficiency in design and prototyping platforms such as Figma, Sketch or similar, including prototyping, design documentation and handoff hygiene.
Developing proficiency in experience canvas tools such as FigJam, Miro or Mural for journey mapping, workshop capture, synthesis, flow mapping and collaborative design work.
Developing proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar creative tools to create, adapt and prepare assets, diagrams and visual material that support research, prototypes and client deliverables.
Ability to analyse research inputs, identify patterns and contribute to clear design artefacts.
Strong attention to detail, communication, collaboration and willingness to learn.
Awareness of accessibility, responsive design, design systems and digital delivery practices.
Developing familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Figma Make, UX Pilot, Lovable, Replit, Cursor, Google Stitch or similar; Figma Dev Mode / Code Connect-style handoff; and design-to-code workflows, with an interest in building small working examples under guidance.
You likely have an undergraduate degree in design, human-computer interaction, business consulting, computer science or a related field, and have a demonstrated curiosity for new knowledge with relevant certifications, professional learning or equivalent industry experience.
