The Partnerships Specialist supports customer acquisition through the execution and optimization of the Gift Cards & Flyers (GC&F) channel across HelloFresh, Factor, and Chefs Plate. This role focuses on day-to-day management, partner execution, and performance tracking for physical inserts, flyering programs, and the gift card program (in-store and digital).

With a focus on sustainable, scalable growth, the role identifies new partnership opportunities, launches and tests innovative acquisition programs, and continuously improves performance through data-driven insights.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

• Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and growth of the Gift Cards & Flyers channel across HelloFresh, Chefs Plate, and Factor, delivering sustained activation growth.
• Drive the national rollout of in-store and digital gift cards, introducing new acquisition levers, systems, and ongoing channel maintenance.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard new high-impact partners to diversify the portfolio and sustain long-term growth.
• Lead testing and innovation across the channel, including flyering programs, at-cash placements, gift cards, and insert creative. 
• Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking for the channel, ensuring positive ROI and delivery against business plan.
• All other duties, as assigned

• Experience supporting acquisition, partnerships, or performance marketing channels.
• Familiarity with physical/offline marketing tactics such as flyers, inserts, or gift cards is an asset.
• Partner negotiation and relationship management skills, including securing high-value, mutually beneficial agreements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
• Comfort working with data, including performance tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, test, and contribute ideas to improve channel performance.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
