Regional Marketing Director, Europe

Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives on shaping regional impact within a global organisation? We’re seeking an exceptional Regional Marketing Director, Europe to join our Connected Living business and drive marketing excellence across diverse European markets.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP, Global Connected Living Marketing, you will serve as the senior marketing leader for the region—responsible for building, owning, and executing the European marketing strategy. You’ll be the voice of the region within the global organisation, ensuring marketing plans reflect real-world market conditions, customer and client needs, and commercial priorities.

This is a highly strategic and influential role, ideal for a leader who combines regional expertise with a global mindset.

What You’ll Lead & Influence

As the Regional Marketing Director, you will:

• Lead the development of the regional marketing strategy and annual plan, ensuring alignment with global direction and in‑market realities.
• Represent Europe within the global marketing organisation, advocating for regional needs, perspectives, and opportunities.
• Partner closely with senior executives and cross-functional leaders to shape plans, guide decision-making, and ensure marketing drives measurable value.
• Support both B2B and Growth Marketing across the region—aligning commercial needs, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
• Ensure global B2B2C strategies can be executed effectively in-region, navigating compliance, product, regulatory, and language considerations.
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing regional marketing team focused on execution, localisation, and in-country impact.
• Act as an orchestrator and connector—balancing consistency across Europe with the nuanced needs of individual markets.

Success in this role requires strategic vision, exceptional collaboration, and the ability to influence across a matrixed global environment.

What You Bring

You will thrive here if you have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant progressive marketing experience with regional or cross-functional leadership responsibilities
• Experience from within insurance or financial services industries marketing add‑on solutions products that sit alongside a partner’s core proposition
• A track record of delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns that translate business goals into measurable outcomes.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge and analytical capability to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Experience leading marketing programs across countries and cultures, ideally in B2B, B2B2C, and/or D2C environments.
• Excellent collaboration skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment.
• Strong communication, organisational, and project management capabilities.
• Experience working within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in the local language.
• Ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels and adapt effectively to cultural differences across European markets.
