We are looking for a SAP Analyst PP/PM - Analista de Negócios de TI I (PP/PM), whose main responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP PP and PM modules to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct a detailed analysis of current business processes, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions to optimize plant maintenance functions.

  • Integration: Work collaboratively with other SAP modules particular focus in MM, QM modules and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow across the organization.

  • Operational Support Model: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance. Quickly address and resolve issues and help implementing necessary updates and enhancements to align the systems with business needs and industry standards. Maintain operational support models that meet agreed SLAs as well as support service recovery and financial objectives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between SAP initiatives and business objectives. Foster and maintain strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

  • Change Management: Collaborate closely with the Change and Release Management team to ensure seamless representation and coordination of projects throughout the change and release process.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and process flows for future reference and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree, Business, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus.

  • Experience: hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP PM modules implementation and support.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Production Planning  and Plant Maintenance business processes. Extensive experience with all SAP PP and PM modules, and SAP Inventory Management.  SAP Materials Management (MM) and S/4 is a plus.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective solutions.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  Also needed to support working with various 3rd party vendors.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.

  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.

  • Others: Good understanding of enterprise architecture, project management principles, change release processes as well as security and compliance.
