Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous engagement with complex environments to ensure seamless operation and support of critical applications, contributing to the overall success of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud DevOps Services.
- Strong understanding of container orchestration and management within cloud environments.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support and deployment tasks.
- Ability to analyze system logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve performance issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Kubernetes Engine.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
