The Role: Commercial Analyst

The Team: Team is responsible for providing reports, dashboard and analysis for commercial team, in order for them to bring success for the organization. 

The Impact: This position will be responsible for supporting Forecasting & Pipeline Management lead, regional ComOps analysts and Global Sales team including regional managers and sales reps, ensuring the data in the system is of highest quality and consistent processes are followed globally. 

Responsibilities:

Commercial Operations – key day to day tasks

  • Manage daily refresh of multiple datasets

  • On-going data reconciliations to ensure alignment of data at all times

  • Work with Commercial Managers to support with all pipeline management queries

  • Investigate and respond to cases of data / pipeline queries

  • Review and create processes to streamline operations

  • Forecasting management and analysis

  • Support with all aspects of commercial process from lead management to invoicing

  • Support territory planning

  • Building reports

  • Preparation of presentation packs for monthly/quarterly meetings if required

  • Any other ad hoc reports / commercial ops related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be data driven

  • Strong Excel (Pivots tables, Macros, Index/If statements)

  • Willingness to learn and natural inquisitiveness

  • Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Initiative and able to act proactively as well as be a creative thinker

  • Prior experience in sales support, systems, sales or business analyst role

  • Experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality

  • High degree of integrity

  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and specific requirements

  • Experience developing business reports. Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports

  • Strong written and oral communications skills a must

  • Must be willing to work in Pasig City up 2 days per week

  • Must be willing to work in 12PM – 9PM Manila Time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred skills in using systems like Sales Force and Einstein or Tableau
