What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript for frontend and Java for backend.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and reliability.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

• Deliver high-quality software solutions with a focus on pace, quality, efficiency, and excellence.

What you'll bring:

 Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot. Proficiency in related technologies such as Hibernate, GraphQL and RESTful APIs. Extensive understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and best practices for designing scalable and resilient backend systems. Proficient in using Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications. Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex software problems using analysis, experience, and decision-making skills. Commitment to writing clean, testable code with a focus on test coverage and quality assurance. Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Maven, Jenkins, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Proficiency in building and deploying applications in cloud environments (Azure, or GCP) and leveraging cloud-native services Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a collaborative team environment. A constant desire to improve and learn, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Proven ability to lead projects and teams, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to successful completion.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science with HR specialization or any other relevant qualification.

• 8+ years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in React.JS , Node.JS  & Java.

• Minimum experience of 3+ implementation projects.

• Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on React.JS.

• Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.
