    Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

    • Represent company to external and internal customers, answer product-related questions, traces lost shipments, interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, take orders or registrations, and when necessary, may connect customers to appropriate support or field staff.
    • May manage web-based ordering or registrations, confers with management regarding customer credits, returns goods for credit, identifies quality assurance complaints, and writes price differentials on mail orders.
    • Handle order management related investigations in a timely manner & contacting external/internal Customer
    • Support in resolving different types of disputes (related to pricing, invoicing, delivery, etc.) and returns

    Required Knowledge and Experience:

    • Spoken and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and in additional European language (minimum B1 level)
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Care Operations Departments
    • Able to work under time constraints
    • Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Team player who at the same time work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
    • Being willing to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.
