What you will do:
- Lead and manage Production Planning and Material Control teams for the plant
- Co-ordinate between functions and manage plant Inventory, Operations Plan and MPS (Master production Scheduling) processes
- Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Master production Schedules
- Ensure MPS are realistic and consistent with customers’ orders, plant objectives and capacities
- Continuously improve supply chain team in terms of quality, cost, delivery and Management.
What we look for:
- Graduate of Engineering school or equivalent, added by the CPIM from APICS certification
- At least 3 Years in Supply Chain Management
- Prior functional experience in a sizeable production plant, preferably in electronic components parts or printed circuit board
- Knowledge of SC planning tools and SC physical flow tools to implement Just in time
- Demonstrable business management skills in manufacturing operations environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Internet software and E-mail is required
- Knowledge of ERPs, SAP is preferred
- Able to analyze and interpret complex technical procedures, business periodicals, journals as well as report preparations and procedure development
- Fluency in English is a must, and fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese a strong preference
