Assists doctors and patients in the telemedicine journey.

Assists patients regarding Telemedicine related concerns
- Contacting patients by email or phone for scheduling concerns
- Issues LOA (Letter of Authorization) to patients as needed
- Troubleshooting telemedicine platform issues for patients
- COVID Tele Home Care enrollment, scheduling, monitoring

Coordinates consult schedules and communications between patients and doctors

Coordinates daily consult schedules for Doctors

Assists in making consultation summary data for accomplishment reports

Assists communications between doctors and MediCard.

Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
