Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production KPIs (OEE, cycle time, downtime, scrap, quality)
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from ERP/MES systems
• Support production planning and capacity optimization
• Identify process improvement opportunities and perform root cause analysis
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations analytics, or supply chain
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI/Tableau knowledge preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally
• English is an advantage
