Inside the Role

Develops, identifies, analyzes and improving existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not in a manufacturing location). Applies process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc. Develops documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc. Plans and implements quality assurance and compliance processes. May support development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures.

Position offers a starting salary range of $104,000 - $133,000 USD  

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA 

  • Lead day-to-day operational support across the distribution network. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for inventory, dealer transaction, supplier, and warehouse execution issues. 
  • Supervise dealer credits, debits, adjustments, reconciliations, and issue resolution. 
  • Lead inventory discrepancy investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. 
  • Coordinate supplier payment support and resolve invoice discrepancies. 
  • Own returns, audit, and inbound exception processes within SAP EWM. 
  • Support SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and TM system implementations, enhancements, and process documentation. Maintain internal controls, support audits, and manage operational and financial risks. 
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, analytics, and AI-enabled optimization initiatives. 
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, IT, Engineering, and Distribution Centers. 
  • Support multi-year business transformation and warehouse management system initiatives. 
  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering accountability and collaboration. 
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–20% as business needs require. 

Knowledge You Should Bring 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field or 8 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory control, finance, accounting, logistics, or related business operations in lieu of degree.
  • Project Lead, Team Lead or supervisory experience. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot). 

Exceptional Candidates Might Have 

  • Experience with distribution center operations, SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, TM, ERP systems, inventory management, dealer operations, or financial processes. 
  • Experience leading large-scale system implementations and Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives. 
  • Experience using analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools to improve performance.
