Position Summary:

The Hospitality Staff will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact at the event for VIP guest and provide customer service to VIP patrons. This position will help maintain the VIP area and ensure those areas are safe and secure for patrons and ensure all guest are aware of the amenities. Additionally, the Hospitality Staff will make sure all materials are supplied and stocked throughout the event, in addition to VIP materials being distributed throughout the event and communicate any issues that may arise to the Manager.

Essential Functions:

  • Act as a primary point of contact and provide customer service and hospitality to VIP patrons answering and assisting with guest questions during the event.
  • Assist with the build in maintaining VIP area (i.e. bars, seating area, water station, events space, suites etc.) and ensuring designated areas are clean safe and secure for patrons.
  • Assist in inventory and distribution of  VIP amenities (i.e. wristbands, lanyards, posters and pins) additional merchandise and reconciliation of receipts, invoices, billing as needed.
  • Prepare and ensure materials (i.e. VIP information, beverages, guest amenities, etc.) are supplied and stocked throughout the event. Assist with clean up and disposal upon completion and after event.
  • May or may not escort guest from VIP entrance to seats and provide VIP amenity and package information and sharing upcoming events.
  • Communicate issues that may arise throughout the event to the Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and move moderately heavy objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to climb up and down stairs.
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
