Description:
We are seeking a talented individual as full-time intern to join our MMB team at Mercer. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
(1) Sales Governance Support:
- Monitor sales and pipeline status, ensure timely system updates
- Follow up with lines of businesses, to align business results and system reporting
(2) Commercial/ Sales Campaigns:
- Align activities required by the campaigns collaborating with both local and regional teams
- Support on strategic decks and pitching presentations as well as data reporting
- Support strategic planning of key accounts, conducting market research, data analysis, and solution mapping.
- Assist marketing communication materials and commercial events, as well as go-to-market activities and strategies
(3) Data & Analytics:
- Provide business intelligence by tracking, interpreting and presenting commercial data, for commercial reporting purposes
- Assist in strategic development of customer segmentation, commercial planning, and internal sales operation
- Assist business leaders in development of forecast/ regular reporting
What you need to have:
- Undergraduate in Business Management, Marketing, or other relevant degree subjects.
- Able to work at 5 full days per week, for a period of at least 6 months.
- Proficient data analysis and business intelligence capabilities.
- Good sales or commercial acumen, ideally with 2 years of relevant experience or above.
- Motivated and detail-oriented to deliver good quality work and high learning agility. Strong inter-personal skills to be able to handle variety of tasks, with diverse objectives and team members.
- Strong computer literacy especially in PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong language capabilities in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
